Cindy Smades Klien is a full-time broker who has been licensed since 1980. She is dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional, knowledgeable and confidential service. Cindy covers Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare counties. A native Fresnan, born into a Real Estate Family, she learned the value of real estate at a young age. Cindy feels the San Joaquin Valley is the premier location in the West, loaded with opportunities that no other area provides.
Cindy graduated with a BS in Economics w/ an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from USC and worked for a national real estate developer while pursuing her masters degree. Cindy moved back to Fresno in 1985 to work for the family business.
She is an active member of the Business Associates board/Craig School of Business/Fresno State, Life Member of the USC Alumni Assoc., Leadership Fresno Alumni and the Yosemite Winter Club. During her free time Cindy can be found in the mountains with family and friends and or pursuing her greatest aim — God.
