Evan Baird, Real Estate Agent

Evan Baird grew up in California’s Central Valley, developing an appreciation for hard work at an early age by helping his grandfather around the farm. He’s invested much of his early professional career as a secondary educator, working with students to develop and achieve their own future goals as young professionals. While education has been incredibly fulfilling, Evan spends much of his time away from his students investing in houses with untapped potential. This passion has developed in him a great appreciation for real estate and a desire to make available the same successes to others he has found in his brief time in the industry.

His goal as he enters into any real estate relationship, is to learn from any buyer or seller what they most desire from what will likely be their greatest financial investment, then go out and help them achieve it. “People should feel great about their investment in real estate and know that their agent is invested ultimately in their happiness.”

Evan graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and received his Master’s in Education from National University in 2016. He spends the majority of his free time with his wife, Ryane, and his kids, Reese and Easton. He is increasingly involved in small groups and service opportunities at People’s Church and strives every day to grow in his walk with Christ and to be an example of that for his wife and kids.
