Mindy Timmings, Team Operations Coordinator

I grew up in a real estate family. My grandfather was a successful real estate broker in Fresno and my parents owned investment properties throughout the City. I grew up here, attended public schools, and graduated from Bullard High School. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, I moved back to Fresno, worked with non-profits that focused on children’s mental health, and earned my Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from California School of Professional Psychology (now Alliant International University). I lived in the metro Washington, DC area for 9 years, where I worked and invested in my own real estate opportunities, gaining valuable experience along the way about the industry and the ins and outs of both sides of the real estate transaction.

I returned to Fresno to pursue my dream of making real estate my full-time profession in an area that I know like the back of my hand. I love design, creating comfortable and functional spaces, and I love helping people find a home that fits their needs. I’ve worked in challenging career paths, and in doing so I’ve learned that having a place that I feel like is my respite from the world is vital to me. It took careers in children’s mental health and emergency veterinary medicine to realize that helping people find their own place of respite was my true calling.
