Premier Valley Realty has a new sales division, Cypress Properties, focused on coastal homes.

Cypress Properties will serve the real estate needs of clients in Morro Bay and surrounding communities. Premier Valley Realty owner/broker Brian Domingos Jr is excited to branch out his business to California’s Central Coast, a place he’s always appreciated and enjoyed.

“This is a perfect fit to expand our customer service approach,” he says.

Domingos built his Fresno real estate company, Premier Valley Realty, on the idea that people come first. Our agents strive to go above and beyond the call of duty by investing our time and talents into every client we meet.

We believe this client-focused approach provides the best customer service in the real estate industry.

While Domingos stays close to our Fresno office, Premier Valley Realty agent, and recent Morro Bay transplant, Kirk Psenner heads up Cypress Properties.

“I had always dreamed about moving back to the coast,” Psenner says. “I love this company, so I sat down and talked to Brian, and he said ‘Let’s do it.’”

Kirk brings to Cypress Properties more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

“I’m going to take my experience and success as an agent and the values of Premier Valley Realty and take care of people from Los Osos to Cambria,” Kirk enthused.
